Deal Direct is a small, technical team that combines software engineering with hands-on energy and renewables knowledge. We work project by project, build custom systems for one company at a time, and stay until the technology runs in production.

Why we exist

Off-the-shelf software doesn't fit how energy companies actually run.

We come from inside the energy industry, not from a generic software shop. We have spent real time around PV plants, SCADA screens, meter data that never quite reconciles, and balancing decisions that have to be right by gate closure. That context is the whole reason we exist.

Every operator runs on a different mix of inverters, data loggers, market rules and legacy systems. A packaged product hides that behind assumptions; we build the opposite way. We start from one company's data, processes and scale, then design monitoring, integrations and automation that fit it precisely — time-series pipelines, SCADA and ERP/CRM links, generation and price forecasting, reporting that people actually trust.

We ship working technology and operationalise it — connected to live signals, monitored, and handed over so your team can run it.

How we work

Four things we don't compromise on.

Domain-fluent

We speak SCADA, PV, metering and balancing. You won't spend the first month explaining inverters, Modbus registers or gate closure to us.

Built, not bolted on

Every system is engineered around your data model, vendors and workflows — not a generic dashboard you bend to fit and outgrow in a year.

Delivery, not shelfware

We ship technology that runs in production against live signals. A demo that never touches a real plant or data feed is worthless to us.

Security-aware

Energy assets are critical infrastructure. We treat network segregation, access control, audit trails and safe integration into control systems as requirements, not extras.
